The best way to take CBN Full Spectrum oil is sublingually: place a few drops under the tongue and let the mucous membranes absorb the active molecules. In this way, you benefit from optimal bioavailabilityas you avoid the degradation of cannabinoids by the liver.

This CBN oil contains 30% cannabinoids (CBD+CBG), the equivalent of 3000 mg. Given that this bottle (10 ml) contains around 200 to 250 drops, we can deduce that each drop contains around 15 mg of active ingredients.

It is not essential, however, some studies show that taking CBD at the same time as consuming foods rich in fatty acids (fish, nuts, avocado, meat, eggs, etc.) promotes better absorption.

Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for at least 12 months after opening. Please note that small crystals may appear over time. This does not mean that your oil has expired, but that the cannabinoids have regrouped and consolidated. To restore your oil to its normal consistency, simply warm it up a little in a bain-marie.
