Questions/Answers about this French 10% full spectrum CBD oil.
1. How do I determine my daily dose (number of drops)?
This 10 ml bottle contains approximately 1000 mg of CBD, or about 250 drops. Each drop provides approximately 4 mg of cannabidiol.
As a general rule, start with a base of 0.5 mg of CBD per kilo of body weight. For example:
If you weigh 60 kg, start with 30 mg/day, i.e. 7 drops spread over the day.
💡 Progress Tip: if you don't feel an effect after a few days, gradually increase your dosage in increments of 2 drops every 3 to 5 days.
And if you reach more than 10 drops/day, it may be wise to switch to a more concentrated formula, such as our Full Spectrum 20% or 30% oil.
2. When should I take my full-spectrum CBD oil during the day?
Cannabinoids take effect after half an hour to an hour, and remain in the body for around 6 hours. As Full Spectrum 10% CBD oil is recommended for rebalancing the body as a whole, we recommend that you divide your daily dose into 3 doses. This will enable you to benefit from a continuous effect throughout the day.
However, don't hesitate to adapt the rate of intake to your needs.
3. How should CBD oil be stored and for how long?
To ensure that your CBD oil retains its properties, we recommend that you keep it :
- In its original packaging to protect it from light;
- And in a cool place, even in the refrigerator in summer.
Under these conditions, you can store your oil for at least 12 months. Note that small crystals may appear over time. This does not mean that your oil has expired, but that the cannabinoids have regrouped and consolidated. To restore your oil to its normal consistency, simply warm it up a little in a bain-marie.
4. Does this oil contain THC?
Yes, at the legally authorized level of less than 0.3%. This micro-dosage produces no psychoactive effects, but contributes to the entourage effect sought by informed users.
5. How long does one bottle last?
