Like all the Full Spectrum oils we produce, 20% differs from traditional oils in the way it is processed. We produce it using a manufacturing method that retains all the plant's active ingredients, including THC, but at less than 0.3%, as required by law.

1. How to consume CBD oil full spectrum 20%?
La méthode la plus efficace reste la voie sublinguale : placez quelques gouttes sous la langue, patientez 30 à 60 secondes, puis avalez. Ce mode de prise favorise une absorption rapide par les muqueuses buccales, avec une biodisponibilité élevée. 2. How do I determine my daily dose (number of drops)?
This 10 ml bottle contains around 2000 mg of CBD, in approximately 200 to 250 drops. Each drop therefore provides around 8 to 10 mg of cannabidiol.
As a general rule, start with a base of 0.5 mg of CBD per kilo of body weight. For example:
If you weigh 60 kg, start with 30 mg/day, i.e. 3 to 4 drops spread throughout the day.
💡 Progress Tip: if you don't feel an effect after a few days, gradually increase your dosage in increments of 2 drops every 3 to 5 days.
And if you reach more than 10 drops/day, it may be wise to switch to a more concentrated formula, such as our Full Spectrum 30% oil.
3. At what time of day should I take my full spectrum CBD oil?
Cannabinoids take effect after half an hour to an hour, and remain in the body for around 6 hours. As Full Spectrum 20% CBD oil is recommended for rebalancing the body as a whole, we recommend that you divide your daily dose into 3 doses. This will enable you to benefit from a continuous effect throughout the day.
However, don't hesitate to adapt the rate of intake to your needs.
4. How do I store CBD oil and for how long?
To ensure that your CBD oil retains its properties, we recommend that you keep it :
- In its original packaging to protect it from light;
- And in a cool place, even in the refrigerator in summer.
Under these conditions, you can store your oil for at least 12 months. Note that small crystals may appear over time. This does not mean that your oil has expired, but that the cannabinoids have regrouped and consolidated. To restore your oil to its normal consistency, simply warm it up a little in a bain-marie.
