The best way to take CBD oil is sublingually: place a few drops under the tongue and let the mucous membranes absorb the active molecules. In this way, you benefit from optimal bioavailabilityas you avoid the degradation of cannabinoids by the liver.
This CBD oil contains 30% cannabinoids (CBD, CBN and CBG), equivalent to 3000 mg. In a 10 ml bottle (200 drops), this means that each drop contains around 15 mg of active ingredients.
We generally recommend starting with 0.5 mg / kg body mass, equivalent to 35 mg if you weigh 70 kg, or 2 to 3 drops/day.
Please note that this calculation is for guidance only. If you don't feel any effect after a few days, you can gradually increase the dose, by 2 drops every 3 to 5 days.
It depends on the individual and the intensity of your symptoms.
Our "Comfort" CBD oil is aimed at people seeking general well-being, with an overall rebalancing. In this case, noticeable and lasting results may take at least 5 to 6 weeks. However, you should notice a slight improvement within the first few days of use.
Bear in mind that some people are more sensitive to cannabinoids than others. Some will feel the effects quickly, while others will need to be patient.
Cannabinoids take effect after half an hour and remain in the body for around 6 hours.
As "Comfort" CBD oil is recommended for rebalancing the body as a whole, we invite you to divide your daily dose into 3 to 5 doses. This will enable you to benefit from a continuous effect throughout the day.
It is not essential, however, some studies show that taking CBD at the same time as consuming foods rich in fatty acids (fish, nuts, avocado, meat, eggs, etc.) promotes better absorption.
To ensure that your CBD oil retains its properties, we recommend that you keep it :

Under these conditions, you can store your oil for at least 12 months. Note that small crystals may appear over time. This does not mean that your oil has expired, but that the cannabinoids have regrouped and consolidated. To restore your oil to its normal consistency, simply warm it up a little in a bain-marie.
