The best way to take CBN oil is sublingually: place a few drops under the tongue and let the mucous membranes absorb the active molecules. In this way, you benefit from optimal bioavailabilityas you avoid the degradation of cannabinoids by the liver.
This CBN oil contains 20% cannabinoids (CBD+CBN), equivalent to 2000 mg. Given that this bottle (10 ml) contains around 250 drops, we can deduce that each drop contains 8 mg of active ingredients.
It is generally recommended to start with 0.5 mg/ kg of body mass, equivalent to 35 mg (i.e. 3 to 4 drops/day) if you weigh 70 kg.
Please note that this calculation is for guidance only. If your stress level doesn't go down and/or your sleep doesn't improve after a few days, then you can gradually increase the dose, by 2 drops every 3 to 5 days.
It depends on the individual and the intensity of your symptoms.
Our "Stress and Sleep" CBN oil can help you combat a stress spike within minutes (about 30 minutes) of taking it. Similarly, it can help you sleep better from the very first night. However, noticeable and lasting results may take 1 to 2 weeks.
Bear in mind that some people are more sensitive to cannabinoids than others. Some will feel the effects quickly, while others will need to be patient.
Cannabinoids (CBN and CBD) take effect after an hour and remain in the body for around 6 hours.
Stress & Sleep CBN oil can be taken one hour before bedtime, to promote better quality sleep. You can also divide your daily dose into 3 to 5 doses, if you suffer from chronic stress. You can also place a few drops under your tongue about 1 hour before a stressful event (exam, speaking engagement, etc.).
You don't have to, because our hemp oil contains fatty acids that promote the absorption of cannabinoids (CBN and CBD).
To ensure that your CBN oil retains its properties, we recommend that you keep it :

👉And in a cool place, even in the refrigerator in summer.
Under these conditions, you can store your oil for at least 12 months. Note that small crystals may appear over time. This does not mean that your oil has expired, but that the cannabinoids have regrouped and consolidated. To restore your oil to its normal consistency, simply warm it up a little in a bain-marie.

Having trouble sleeping, I decided to invest in a vial of CBN/CBD, because I wanted to test it and see if it would help me (bearing in mind that it's not a miracle product, but it could be an ally). I started with a few drops every evening (by the way, the taste is pleasant, a good flowery taste, but not bitter), and after 4 days I didn't feel much. Nevertheless, I didn't give up because you have to be patient with herbal products. It was after a good week that I started to sleep better (no more jerky nights waking me up several times)! So I continued to take my oil every night, and my sleep gradually became more regular. I've now finished my vial, and I'm not taking any more because I'm sleeping so well.
So yes, I've invested, and it's not reimbursed. But apart from that, I didn't need to take a sleeping pill, and today I sleep well. I'm really delighted with this product!
